With over 15 years of experience in youth work, I have participated in more than 50 Erasmus+ projects focusing on inclusion and participation. Over the past five years, my work has centered on disability inclusion and accessible tourism—developing inclusive practices, coordinating capacity-building initiatives, and promoting equal participation in community and educational settings.
